Returns and Adjustments

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can not offer a refund or exchange.

Digital and custom items are not eligible for physical returns due to their nature. If you you would like a refund or any changes made to your digital image(s), please contact us directly.

 

Refunds

Please contact us to request a refund. Refunds of duplicate purchases are automatically approved. 

Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within the time determined by your credit card company.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Note:  I haven't had to do refunds often (thanks to lots of testing to make sure you can just load your design and cut with no hassles), but I'm happy to do so when you're not satisfied. Why? Because it's all about you being happy and saving time - not having to worry about a cut file working!
