Set of 3 Basketball Designs to Customize with Your Team's Name
Happy Black Friday! Hope you had a great Thanksgiving! Are you rocking' your shirt from last week? It's that crazy weekend where everything goes full force into Christmas. I know your schedule is super packed, so this week's freebie is a great one to grab now and work on later.
I've had requests for basketball designs (working on it, promise!) and since the Team Football was such a hit, I figured you might want a basketball version too. You get three different options so you can use it to fit your needs.
First up is the full basketball with optional border piece (the circle outline is welded separately on all of these and can be left off easily):
The top one's done by layering the team name in a cute font on top and knocking out a small offset of the name from the basketball. (Here's a quick offset tutorial for the Cricut peeps.)
The bottom shirt using an athletic font like Freshman or College (both free commercial use fonts). Totally recommend grabbing them if you haven't yet.
Next is the horizontal half basketball with the optional "Basketball" in an athletic font and placeholder block for adding your team name:
On the left I added a couple of thin rectangles and the team name. On the right I deleted the border on the basketball, added the name in script and used an offset of the name to cut into the basketball. Great effect and something no one else at school will have.
And last is a vertical half basketball with the optional "Basketball" in an athletic font and placeholder block for adding your team name:
Played around with the Freshman font here and used the border for a subtle color contrast on the left and removing it for a faster design on the right.
